2: The machine has not been brought back in the same condition as it left the shop in. The machine needs to be thoughly cleaned out once you have finished your cleaning ready for the next customer
3: The machine is damaged in any way

We will also need to see some I.D. when the machine is collected which can be in the form of a Driving licence, Passport etc
