Click & Collect

We are committed to ensuring you get your product as quickly as possible. We normally deliver products within a few days of order however if this is not convenient or you would like your item quicker you can always use our click and collect service where you will be able to collect your item from one of our three stores. If you would like to use this service please click on the ‘Click & Collect’ button provided at checkout.

We endeavour to get your order ready for collection as soon as possible. Smaller items will usually be ready within the hour although larger products may sometimes take up to 2 working day to be made available as these products may be located at our warehouse. If there is to be a delay on your order being ready we will contact you to advise.

Our click and collect service is split between our three branches in Malpas, Whitchurch & Ellesmere. Please click on the relevant store you would like to collect your items from. When doing this please make sure to check your chosen branch has stock of the item you require as each store holds different amounts of stock at any time. Please bear in mind that if we only have single stock items listed these may be unboxed on the shop floor. We don’t allow any use of these products so they are still brand new items. We will notify you by email if this is the case and if your not happy we can locate another model from a different store or order I from one of our suppliers.

If you would like to reserve stock to be collected from one of or sister company sites (Barlows UK LTD) please contact us first to see if this service is available. We have sites at Hampton near Malpas, Chadderton, Lancashire and High Wycombe. For this service it may take longer than usual to make your product available as we would need to deliver your item ready for collection.

As soon as your order is ready to collect we will email you with confirmation that your goods are ready. Stock will be held for a maximum of 48 hours at which point will be placed back into free stock unless you advise us to hold it for further time by email or telephone.

Stock listed on this website is live and should always be assumed correct however occasionally discrepancies may occur which are beyond our reasonable control. We cannot be held accountable for any unforeseen stock issues that may occur. If we do find a stock issue or your order is located at another branch other than the branch that was chosen at checkout we will contact you via the phone numbers and email address provided to inform you.

Payment for any click and collect orders will be taken in-store at point of collection. This is so we can monitor and process your payment safely and try to prevent debit and credit card fraud. When you collect your goods please make sure you bring a valid payment method and photographic identification. This form of i.d. can be in the form of a driving licence or passport. These forms of i.d. must be current and in valid date to be used. Unfortunately we are unable to accept any other forms of identification and may refuse to process your order if i.d. is not produced. This means were not only keeping you safe but also helps to keep fraud to a minimum. We take fraud very seriously so any transaction we don’t believe to be correct will be passed to the relevant police force and card issuer for examination.
