Order online, collect in store
Click & Collect lets you browse and buy from our full product range online, then pick up your order from the store that suits you best. There's no delivery charge, no need to wait in for a driver, and you can speak to our team face-to-face when you arrive.
- Browse and order online. Shop our full range at barlows-electrical.co.uk and select Click & Collect at checkout.
- Choose your store. Pick up from our Ellesmere or Whitchurch store — whichever is more convenient for you.
- We'll contact you to arrange collection. Our team will get in touch to organise a convenient time for you to pick up your order.
- Collect from the store. Come in during our collection times — Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 — and our team will have your order ready and waiting.
When you collect
What to bring
To make collection as smooth as possible, please bring:
- Your order confirmation email or order reference number.
- A valid form of photo ID.
- The payment card used to place the order.
Collection times: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00. Please wait until we've contacted you to arrange your collection before visiting the store. Some items may need to be transferred from our warehouse.

Good to know
A few things worth noting
- Large appliances — if you're collecting a large item such as a fridge freezer or washing machine, please make sure you have a suitable vehicle. Our team can help you load it.
- Checking your order — we'd recommend inspecting your product before leaving the store. If there are any issues, our team can resolve them on the spot.
- Need delivery after all? — if you change your mind or the item is too large for your vehicle, give us a call and we can arrange local delivery for you instead.
- Installation available — if you'd like professional installation as well, speak to our team when you collect and we can arrange it.
Click & Collect
We offer a click and collect service for our customers, simply purchase your chosen item on the website and at checkout select the option for click and collect from either our Whitchurch or Ellesmere store. We will then contact you to organise the collection with you. Our collection times are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
