1. The Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is Barlows Electrical, located at 11 Cross St, Ellesmere, SY12 0AW.

2. The Giveaway
This giveaway is a promotional competition. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

3. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of the promoter or their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must subscribe to our newsletter.
By entering, you agree to be added to our marketing mailing list under the 'soft opt-in' provision of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), as you are expressing interest in our products/services. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails.

5. Giveaway Period
The giveaway will run from 24/04/2025 to 31/05/2025 at 17:00 GMT. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

6. The Prize
The prize is Dyson TP00 Pure Cool™ Air Purifier - White. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

7. Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received. The draw will take place on 31/05/2025. The winner will be notified by email within 3 days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Data Protection
By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you may be held and used by the promoter or its agents and suppliers solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and in accordance with the promoter's privacy policy: https://www.barlows-electrical.co.uk/privacy.

9. Limitation of Liability
Insofar as permitted by law, the promoter will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the giveaway or the prize.

10. General
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions where necessary due to events outside its control. Any changes will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
