Our price match promise
If you find the same product cheaper on the UK high street, give us a call and we'll match it. It's that simple. We want you to buy with confidence — knowing you're getting a competitive price alongside the local service, expert advice, and aftercare that the big chains can't offer.
This applies to all products we stock, whether you're buying in store or online at barlows-electrical.co.uk.
What qualifies
Conditions of the price match
To keep things fair and straightforward, the following conditions apply:
- The product must be identical — same brand, same model number, same colour and specification.
- The matching product must be brand new and in its original sealed packaging.
- The competitor price must be a current UK high street retail price, displayed in GBP (£).
- The matching product must be sold with a comparable manufacturer guarantee or warranty.
- Where possible, please provide evidence of the price — a screenshot, photo, or advert is fine.
Exclusions
What the price match doesn't cover
There are a few things the price match guarantee doesn't extend to:
- Internet-only prices — online retailers often exclude delivery and installation, making a direct comparison misleading. Our prices include the service behind them.
- One-off promotional offers — flash sales, clearance deals, or limited-time promotions that aren't reflective of the normal retail price.
- Trade, staff, or membership-only pricing — prices that aren't available to the general public.
- Products sold without a standard manufacturer warranty — grey imports, refurbished items, or ex-display stock.
A note on online pricing. Many internet-only prices don't include delivery, installation, or old appliance removal. When comparing prices, it's worth factoring in the full cost of ownership — not just the ticket price. We include real service in our price.

- Have the competitor's price to hand — a screenshot or link is ideal.
- We'll verify it and match the price, usually on the spot.
Prefer to visit in person? You're welcome to bring the competitor's price into either of our stores. Our team can check it there and then.

Products within the Euronics agency range — as advertised in store and on euronics.co.uk — are covered by the Euronics price match policy. This applies to selected retail stores and product categories only. Euronics Agents reserve the right to decline the price match where the competing offer doesn't meet the policy conditions.

Euronics Price Match Guarantee
Here at Barlows we are pleased to offer a price match guarantee on a wide range of fantastic appliances from Euronics.co.uk!
Terms & Conditions:
- The Euronics price match policy is available on models which are part of the Euronics Agency range as advertised in-store and on Euronics.co.uk
- The Euronics price match policy is valid against selected retailers only and where advertised product is at UK retail price, and sold in GBP (Pounds Sterling).
- Selected retail stores and product categories only.
- Euronics Agents reserve the right to decline the price match.
- Where possible, consumers must provide evidence of the price to be matched, e.g. screen shots, photo, adverts etc. as advertised by the competitors.
- The Euronics price match policy may include discount codes as advertised by competitors.
- The matching product must be brand new and in the original sealed box.
- The matching product must be sold with a specified comparable guarantee / warranty.
- The matching product must be identical and the model number verified.
- The matching product must be in stock with the competitor and available for delivery within 72 hours.
- The price match policy is only available prior to order completion and will not be applicable once the sale has taken place.
- The policy is non-transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated.
- The price match policy is limited to one use per consumer/household, per month.
- The Euronics price match policy is valid until further notice from Euronics.
